AYSO Region 59 – Waitlist Policy

Families registering players in the U5-U12 divisions may be placed on a waitlist depending on coach availability.

Families registering players in the U14, U16, and U19 divisions will automatically be placed on a waitlist.

Placement on the waitlist is first come, first served.

Player activation from the waitlist will occur only after a volunteer head coach has been identified, cleared, and approved for the division. Once a coach is confirmed, the appropriate number of players will be activated in registration order.

Once a player is activated, families will be notified by email from [email protected], and will have 72 hours (3 days) from the time of activation to complete their registration and submit payment.

If payment is not received within the 72-hour window, the player will be moved back to the waitlist.
